Raw material preparation
(1) Ingredients, kneading:
Weigh the PVC resin and various additives according to the formula, mix them in a high-speed mixer at about 100°C, put them in a cooling mixer, cool to below 50°C and discharge.
(2) Granulation:
Extruder granulation.
PVC injection sandals:
The temperature of the injection molding machine from the feeding section to the machine head is 140~145°C, 170~175°C, 160~165°C (three-stage type). The amount of feed material and the setting time are adjusted appropriately according to the equipment and shoe size, and injection molding is performed.
Rain boots (miner's shoes, rain boots):
The injection molding process of PVC rain boots is basically the same as that of PVC injection sandals, but there are some differences before injection molding. Before the injection molding of the rain boots, put the complete lining (the upper and the bottom are sewn together) on the shoe mold last, and then close the mold, inject PVC material into the mold, so that the PVC material and the lining are on the shoe mold The upper is glued together, and after demoulding, it becomes a complete rain boot.
